Warm Fuzzy

When listening to the guided meditation I felt my body float into a nice relaxed state. I like the soft music in the background and it helped me to listen and focus on what was being said. I could feel my body responding and I was able to feel the warm in my hands. It felt like energy flowing down my arms and into my fingers. It felt so relaxing and induced my state of confort even more. I felt totally at ease and really think this is what I needed to refresh my soul.

First Blog Ever Done

Hello All, This is the first blog that I have done! I think it will take some time getting used to it. Looking forward to blogging!

Being healthy

To me being healthy is very important. Since I have been attending classes I have changed my whole outlook I am trying to get back into shape and become overall healthier. In my quest I have learned a lot of interesting things and cannot wait to share some of my new knowledge. I have recently discovered healing herbs and use teas and tinctures instead of over the counter medicines. I use essental oils to make cleaning products and room sprays and have even come across some recipies for saves. This is just a little step toward health. I have a long way to go and am really starting to open my mind to all the possibilities of healing.
